Zac R. is the kindest, most hard working, and dedicated employee. He was so accommodating. If you're ever craving Taco Mayo you need to go to the Reno & Council location when Zac R. is working.

I thought all locations had closed and noticed it at the corner of Council and Reno. Recently opened and beautiful decor and great food. Ordered the Beef nachos Supreme combo and were generous portions and had a hard time finishing all of it!! It's an open line now and you tell them what all you want on it. Very delicious and I love Mexican food so I'll be back again soon!!

When it comes to fast food, Mayo is the way to go. Freshly made tortillas, good meat, fresh dressings.
I have been a fan of Taco Mayo for a long time and have encountered some less than desirable establishments.
This one is clean and organized. The drive thru is organized and efficient. -

Sunday 7-8-18 around 5:45 pm, I went to the Outlet Shoppes location. I ordered Taco Mayo's Classic Nacho Supreme Combo, 2 soft beef tacos, 1 soft chicken taco, a byob, and small order of Cinnamayos. My total came top $ 20.03. I paid the exact total in cash and was asked to pull around, because they were waiting on my cinnamayos. Which was fine no big deal, even though there weren't any cars in the drive thru. I got the order glanced over it just to make sure the amount of items I ordered were in the bag, got home and realized, I wasn't given a receipt and instead of classic nacho's I was given a loaded bowl. I called the store, the managers tone was already abrasive, she told me to bring the bowl back and she would have it fixed. I sent my husband, when he got there she told him I ordered the bowl and not nachos and it says that on the receipt. My husband explained to her that we weren't given a receipt. She continued to argue with him... then she says that the nacho's were in the other bag.... and my husband said there were just the burrito and tacos in the bag... and you just said my wife ordered the bowl so why would there be nacho's in the other bag. He asked for a copy of the receipt. She reprinted out the receipt, but wouldn't give it to him and said its against store policy to give reprint receipts. So he took a picture of the receipt (in which she tried to stop him and say its not allowed). After the two continued to go back in forth she finally.... decided to make nachos.... and instead of them being loaded it was just meat cheese and sour cream. I am upset because, I have been eating at Taco Mayo (Village location) for years, every since I was in high school. I have never experienced anyone so rude. What happen to customer service? I will be sure to tell all my friends and family not to eat there and leave yelp review... this behavior is unacceptable. What really set me off was her going back and forth with my husband over what I ordered. I don't like any of the things in that bowl... I know what I ordered and I know mistakes can happen... but the fact that you rather argue with a customer is ridiculous and then slap the food together... is disappointing.
